About Kathryn

Kathryn Dillon, owner and CEO, has also been a professional communication consultant for more than 25 years, working with many Fortune 500 companies. Her clients have included The Coca-Cola Company, Delhaize America, Kimberly-Clark, LabCorp, Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, The Home Depot, SPX and Ingersoll Rand.

During her career with Dillon Consulting & Coaching as well as with previous consulting firms, she has won national and regional awards, including:
